Steglujan (ertugliflozin and sitagliptin tablets)

Steglujan (ertugliflozin and sitagliptin) is a combination of a sodium glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor and a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus when treatment with both ertugliflozin and sitagliptin is appropriate.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- dizziness,
- blurred vision,
- joint pain,
- back pain,
- fainting,
- unusual tiredness,
- increased thirst,
- severe stomach pain,
- severe dizziness, and
- shaking,
- increased thirst or urination,
- hunger,
- fast heartbeat,
- feeling unwell,
- rash
- pink or bloody urine,
- sudden weight gain,
- changes in the amount of urine,
- tingling of the hands or feet,
- urinating less than usual,
- unusual dry mouth,
- sudden sweating,
- unusual skin blisters,
- burning, painful or frequent urination,
- swelling of the legs and feet,
- unusual vaginal discharge, burning, itching or odor,
- redness, itching, discharge or swelling of the penis,
- pain, redness, swelling in or around the genital or anal area,
- pain, tenderness, sores or ulcers on the legs or feet,
