Halaven Injection (eribulin mesylate)
type of Antineoplastics, Antimicrotubular
Halaven (eribulin mesylate) is a non-taxane microtubule dynamics inhibitor indicated for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer in patients who have had at least two chemotherapy treatments for metastatic disease.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- pale skin,
- confusion,
- chest pain,
- cough,
- sore throat,
- increased urination,
- muscle weakness,
- trouble breathing,
- extreme thirst,
- fast or pounding heartbeats,
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- painful mouth sores,
- burning in your eyes, and
- limp feeling,
- severe dizziness,
- uneven heart rate,
- leg discomfort,
- pain when swallowing,
- numbness, tingling, or burning pain in your hands or feet,
- chill,
