Eprontia (topiramate oral solution)

Eprontia (topiramate) is an anticonvulsant and nerve pain medication indicated for initial monotherapy for the treatment of partial-onset or primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients 2 years of age and older, adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures, primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures, or seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome in patients 2 years of age and older, and for preventive treatment of migraine in patients 12 years of age and older.

The drug is often used to treat Migraine .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • shortness of breath,
  • blurred vision,
  • vomiting,
  • sore throat,
  • loss of appetite,
  • lightheadedness
  • fever,
  • restlessness,
  • tiredness,
  • depression,
  • hives, 
  • difficulty breathing, 
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
  • confusion, 
  • vision problems, 
  • anxiety,
  • trouble sleeping,
  • mood or behavior changes,
  • trouble concentrating,
  • thoughts of self-harm, 
  • high fever, 
  • agitation,
  • panic attacks, 
  • hostility, 
  • hyperactivity (mentally or physically), 
  • eye pain or redness, 
  • skin pain, 
  • hot and dry skin,
  • burning eyes, 
  • red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling, 
  • irregular heartbeats, 
  • decreased sweating,
  • aggression, 
  • unexplained weakness, and
  • impulsive behavior, 
  • irritableness, 
  • skin rash (no matter how mild), 
  • problems with thinking or memory, 
  • severe pain in your side or lower back, 
  • sudden vision loss (can be permanent if not treated quickly), 
  • problems with speech, 
  • painful or difficulty urination, 
  • trouble thinking,
