Symjepi (epinephrine injection)
type of Alpha/Beta Agonists
Symjepi (epinephrine) injection contains a non-selective alpha and beta adrenergic receptor agonist, indicated in the emergency treatment of allergic reactions (Type I) including anaphylaxis.
The drug is often used to treat Anaphylaxis .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- sweating,
- palpitations,
- dizziness,
- weakness,
- restlessness,
- anxiety,
- headache, and
- tremors,
- apprehensiveness,
- pale skin (pallor),
- nausea and vomiting,
- respiratory difficulties.
