Entyvio (vedolizumab) is an IgG1 monoclonal antibody used to treat moderate to severe active ulcerative colitis (UC) and moderate to severe active Crohn's disease (CD).

The drug is often used to treat Ulcerative colitis .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• headache,
• itching,
• joint pain,
• fever,
• tiredness,
• rash,
• back pain,
• flu symptoms,
• fatigue,
• sinus infection,
• upper respiratory tract infection,
• bronchitis,
• sore throat, and
• common cold symptoms (runny or stuffy nose, sinus pain, sneezing, cough),
  
• infections of the nose and throat,
• pain in your arms or legs.
