Enspryng (satralizumab-mwge) is an interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor antagonist used to treat neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) in adult patients who are anti-aquaporin-4 (AQP4) antibody positive.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • rash,
  • nausea
  • upper respiratory tract infection,
  • joint pain,
  • headache,
  • runny or stuffy nose,
  • fatigue, and 
  • gastritis,
  • extremity pain,
