Enjuvia (synthetic conjugated estrogens, B) is a form of estrogen, a female sex hormone, used to treat symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes, and vaginal dryness, burning, and irritation. Other uses of Enjuvia include prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, and replacement of estrogen in women with ovarian failure or other conditions that cause a lack of natural estrogen in the body. Conjugated estrogens are sometimes used as part of cancer treatment in women and men.

The drug is often used to treat Osteoporosis .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• vomiting,
• confusion,
• yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
• pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
• constipation,
• swelling,
• sweating,
• chest pain or pressure,
• muscle weakness,
• rapid weight gain,
• sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body),
• slurred speech,
• problems with vision or balance,
• coughing up blood,
• increased thirst or urination,
• memory problems,
• sudden vision loss,
• unusual vaginal bleeding,
• sudden severe headache,
• stabbing chest pain,
• pain or warmth in one or both legs,
• unusual behavior,
• pelvic pain,
• bone pain, and
• lack of energy
• a lump in your breast,
