Enjaymo (sutimlimab-jome injection)

Enjaymo (sutimlimab-jome) is a classical complement inhibitor indicated to decrease the need for red blood cell (RBC) transfusion due to hemolysis in adults with cold agglutinin disease (CAD).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • shortness of breath,
  • rash
  • hives, 
  • difficulty breathing, 
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
  • joint pain or swelling,
  • muscle aches, 
  • fever,
  • flu-like symptoms,
  • severe swelling, pain and redness around the injection site or a wound, 
  • rapid heartbeat, and
The following drugs are related to Enjaymo, either as a replacement or used together:
  • Rituxan (rituximab)
