Enhertu (fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki for injection)
type of Antineoplastic Topoisomerase Inhibitors, Antineoplastics, Anti-HER2
Enhertu (fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki) is a HER2-directed antibody and topoisomerase inhibitor conjugate used to treat adult patients with unresectable or metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer who have received two or more prior anti-HER2-based regimens in the metastatic setting.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- lightheadedness,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- dizziness,
- fluttering in your chest,
- wheezing,
- cough,
- mouth sores,
- pounding heartbeats,
- chest tightness,
- swelling in your lower legs,
- skin sores,
- pale skin, and
- cold hands and feet
- sudden weight gain,
- new or worsening shortness of breath,
