Endometrin (progesterone) Vaginal Insert is a progestin used to help support pregnancy in women who have fertility problems.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• headache,
• dizziness,
• vomiting,
• diarrhea,
• constipation,
• drowsiness,
• loss of interest in sex,
• irritability,
• tired feeling,
• bloating,
• stomach pain or cramps, 
• joint or muscle pain,
• mood swings,
• breast pain/swelling/tenderness,
• vaginal or rectal pain or discomfort,
• pain during intercourse,
• increased night-time urination, or
• vaginal itching, burning, or discharge.
