Endari (L-glutamine oral powder) is an amino acid indicated to reduce the acute complications of sickle cell disease in adult and pediatric patients 5 years of age and older.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- chest pain,
- constipation,
- back pain,
- headache,
- cough,
- abdominal pain,
- indigestion,
- pain in extremities,
- burning sensation, and
- hot flashes

- Hydrea (hydroxyurea)
- NutreStore (l-glutamine powder for oral solution)
- Oxbryta (voxelotor tablets)
