Idhifa (enasidenib tablets)

Idhifa (enasidenib) tablets are an isocitrate dehydrogenase-2 inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with an isocitrate dehydrogenase-2 (IDH2) mutation as detected by an FDA-approved test.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• nausea,
• dark urine,
• vomiting,
• diarrhea,
• fever,
• tiredness,
• clay-colored stools,
• yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
• weakness,
• cough,
• muscle cramps,
• rapid weight gain,
• tingling in your hands and feet or around your mouth
• fast or slow heart rate, and
• bone pain,
• swelling in your arms, legs, underarms, groin, or neck,
• severe or ongoing vomiting or diarrhea,
