Empaveli (pegcetacoplan) is a complement inhibitor used to treat adult patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- rash,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- shortness of breath,
- chills,
- severe headache,
- swelling
- abdominal pain,
- blood in your vomit, stool, or urine,
- redness or swelling of your skin,
- persistent sore throat,
- delayed healing for burns or cuts,
- muscle or joint pain, and
