Emcyt (estramustine)

Emcyt (estramustine phosphate sodium) is an antineoplastic (anti-cancer) drug used to treat prostate cancer.
The drug is often used to treat Prostate cancer .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- shortness of breath,
- rapid breathing,
- chest pain,
- pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
- severe headache,
- swelling,
- wheezing,
- sweating,
- chest pain or pressure,
- sudden cough,
- rapid weight gain,
- sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body),
- slurred speech,
- coughing up blood,
- balance problems,
- warmth, and
- redness in an arm or leg
