Viberzi (eluxadoline tablets)

Viberzi (eluxadoline) is a mu-opioid receptor agonist used in adults to treat irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • dizziness
  • suddenly worsening stomach pain that move to your back or shoulder,
  • persistent nausea or vomiting, and
