Elrexfio (elranatamab injection)
type of Anti-BCMA Antibodies
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- rash,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- upper respiratory tract infection,
- musculoskeletal pain,
- fatigue,
- cough,
- pneumonia,
- injection site reactions,
- cytokine release syndrome (CRS),
- decreased appetite,
- decreased white blood cells,
- decreased hemoglobin, and
- decreased platelets.
The following drugs are related to Elrexfio, either as a replacement or used together:
- Lunsumio (mosunetuzumab-axgb injection)
- Talvey (talquetamab-tgvs injection)
