Elocon Lotion (mometasone furoate lotion)

Elocon (mometasone furoate) Lotion is a topical (for the skin) steroid used to treat the inflammation and itching caused by a number of skin conditions such as allergic reactions, eczema, and psoriasis. Elocon Lotion is available in generic form.
The drug is often used to treat Psoriasis .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- burning,
- itching,
- redness, or
- stinging,
- dryness when you apply this medication, but effects usually only last a short time.
