Elfabrio (pegunigalsidase alfa-iwxj injection)

Elfabrio (pegunigalsidase alfa-iwxj) is a hydrolytic lysosomal neutral glycosphingolipid-specific enzyme indicated for the treatment of adults with confirmed Fabry disease.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • diarrhea,
  • back pain,
  • headache,
  • fatigue,
  • runny or stuffy nose,
  • pain in extremities, and
  • sinus infection (sinusitis).
The following drugs are related to Elfabrio, either as a replacement or used together:
  • Fabrazyme (agalsidase beta)
  • Galafold (migalastat capsules)
