Zepatier (elbasvir and grazoprevir tablets)
type of HCV NS3/4A Protease Inhibitors
Zepatier (elbasvir and grazoprevir) is a fixed-dose combination product containing a hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS5A inhibitor and an HCV NS3/4A protease inhibitor indicated with or without ribavirin for treatment of chronic HCV genotypes 1 or 4 infection in adults.
The drug is often used to treat Hepatitis C .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- pale skin,
- lightheadedness,
- cold hands and feet,
- confusion,
- tiredness,
- clay-colored stools,
- yellowing of your skin or eyes (jaundice),
- shortness of breath
- black or bloody stools,
- unusual tiredness, and
- vomiting blood,
- right sided upper stomach pain or swelling,
