Revcovi (elapegademase-lvlr)

Revcovi (elapegademase-lvlr) is a recombinant adenosine deaminase indicated for the treatment of adenosine deaminase severe combined immune deficiency (ADA-SCID) in pediatric and adult patients.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- swollen glands,
- confusion,
- chills,
- seizure,
- weakness,
- unusual tiredness,
- sore throat,
- painful or difficult urination,
- dark colored urine,
- pale or yellowed skin,
- cough with mucus,
- red or pink urine,
- stomach cramps,
- sinus pain,
- breathing problems,
- black or tarry stools,
- bleeding where the medicine was injected,
- other unusual bleeding (nosebleeds, bleeding gums),
- skin warmth or swelling,
- sores or white patches in your mouth or on your skin,
- problems with balance or walking, and
- problems with your teeth or gums
