Revcovi (elapegademase-lvlr) is a recombinant adenosine deaminase indicated for the treatment of adenosine deaminase severe combined immune deficiency (ADA-SCID) in pediatric and adult patients.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • fever,
  • swollen glands,
  • confusion,
  • chills,
  • seizure,
  • weakness,
  • unusual tiredness,
  • sore throat,
  • painful or difficult urination,
  • dark colored urine,
  • pale or yellowed skin,
  • cough with mucus,
  • red or pink urine,
  • stomach cramps,
  • sinus pain,
  • breathing problems,
  • black or tarry stools,
  • bleeding where the medicine was injected,
  • other unusual bleeding (nosebleeds, bleeding gums),
  • skin warmth or swelling,
  • sores or white patches in your mouth or on your skin,
  • problems with balance or walking, and
  • problems with your teeth or gums
