Orilissa (elagolix tablets)

Orilissa (elagolix) is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonist indicated for the management of moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis.

The drug is often used to treat Endometriosis .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• nausea,
• yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
• vomiting,
• easy bruising,
• tiredness,
• stomach pain (upper right side),
• dark urine, and
• anxiety,
• mood or behavior changes,
• depression,
• thoughts about suicide,
