Orserdu (elacestrant tablets)

type of Antineoplastics Estrogen Receptor Antagonist

Orserdu (elacestrant) is an estrogen receptor antagonist indicated for treatment of postmenopausal women or adult men, with ER-positive, HER2-negative, ESR1-mutated advanced or metastatic breast cancer with disease progression following at least one line of endocrine therapy.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• high cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and
• abnormal lab results (decreased sodium and hemoglobin, increased Creatinine)
