Rolvedon (eflapegrastim-xnst for injection)

Rolvedon (eflapegrastim-xnst) is a leukocyte growth factor indicated to decrease the incidence of infection, as manifested by febrile neutropenia, in adult patients with non-myeloid malignancies receiving myelosuppressive anti-cancer drugs associated with clinically significant incidence of febrile neutropenia.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- shortness of breath,
- dizziness,
- cough,
- abdominal pain,
- decreased appetite,
- pain or discomfort,
- swelling in your arms and legs,
- low platelet levels,
- pain in your arms and legs, and
- injection site reaction
