Vyvgart Hytrulo (efgartigimod alfa and hyaluronidase-qvfc injection)

Vyvgart Hytrulo (efgartigimod alfa and hyaluronidase-qvfc) is a combination of a neonatal Fc receptor blocker and an endoglycosidase indicated for the treatment of generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) in adult patients who are anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibody positive.
The drug is often used to treat Myasthenia gravis .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- headache,
- urinary tract infection (UTI),
- muscle pain.
- respiratory tract infections,
- injection site reactions (rash, redness, itching, bruising, pain, and hives),
- numbness and tingling sensations, and
