Dutrebis (lamivudine and raltegravir) is a combination HIV-1 nucleoside analogue reverse transcriptase inhibitor and a human immunodeficiency virus integrase strand transfer inhibitor used in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) infection.
The drug is often used to treat HIV .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- rash,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- swollen glands,
- night sweats,
- shortness of breath,
- weight loss,
- body aches,
- tiredness,
- stomach pain,
- clay-colored stools,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- dizziness,
- wheezing,
- weakness,
- cough,
- sore throat,
- stomach pain (upper right side),
- menstrual changes, and
- extreme tiredness,
- feeling cold,
- eye redness,
- general ill feeling,
- cold sores,
- trouble speaking or swallowing,
- problems with balance or eye movement,
- swelling in your neck or throat (enlarged thyroid),
- impotence
- unusual muscle pain,
- prickly feeling,
- irregular heart rate,
- skin blisters or peeling,
- swelling around your abdomen,
