Imfinzi (durvalumab injection)
type of PD-1PD-L1 Inhibitors
Imfinzi (durvalumab) is a programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) blocking antibody indicated for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma who have disease progression during or following platinum-containing chemotherapy; or who have disease progression within 12 months of neoadjuvant or adjuvant treatment with platinum-containing chemotherapy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- shortness of breath,
- chest pain,
- chest pain or tightness,
- constipation,
- flu-like symptoms,
- fatigue,
- cough,
- blood in the urine,
- little or no urination,
- severe stomach pain,
- irritability,
- hair loss,
- dry skin,
- severe nausea,
- frequent urination,
- muscle pain,
- severe muscle weakness,
- irregular heartbeat, and
- headache,
- excessive sweating,
- yellowing of the eyes or skin,
- pain on the right side of the stomach,
- ease bruising or bleeding,
- cold sensitivity,
- unexplained weight gain,
- blood in the stool,
- rapid or slow heartbeat,
- leg swelling,
- increased thirst or appetite,
- high blood sugar,
- confusion,
- loss of short-term or long-term memory,
- impaired judgment,
- deepening of the voice,
- low or high blood pressure,
- ankle swelling,
- change in balance,
