Duramorph (morphine injection) is a narcotic pain reliever (opiate-type) used to treat severe pain. Duramorph is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • lightheadedness,
  • dizziness,
  • vomiting,
  • constipation,
  • drowsiness,
  • headache, or
  • urinary retention,
  • increased sweating,
  • dry mouth.
