Trulicity (dulaglutide) is a human GLP-1 receptor agonist used as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• vomiting,
• shortness of breath,
• confusion,
• dizziness,
• headache,
• sweating,
• weakness,
• trouble swallowing,
• little or no urination,
• irritability,
• fast heart rate,
• tiredness
• hunger,
• feeling jittery,
• severe pain in your upper stomach, spreading to your back,
• swelling or a lump in your neck,
• a horse voice,
• swelling of your feet or ankles, and
