Safyral (drospirenone/ethinyl estradiol/levomefolate calcium) is a combination of female hormones and vitamin B used as contraception to prevent pregnancy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- vomiting,
- headache,
- bloating,
- increased hair growth,
- problems with contact lenses, or
- nipple discharge,
- freckles or darkening of facial skin,
- loss of scalp hair,
- weight changes,
- vaginal itching or discharge.
- stomach cramps,
- breast tenderness or swelling,
- swelling of the ankles/feet (fluid retention),
- nausea (especially when you first start taking Safyral),
