Ocella (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol kit) is a combined oral contraceptive (COC) indicated for use by women to prevent pregnancy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- vomiting,
- headache,
- breast tenderness,
- migraine,
- irregular uterine bleeding,
- premenstrual syndrome,
- breast pain/tenderness/discomfort,
- abdominal pain or discomfort, and
- mood changes (depression, irritability, mood swings, and altered mood).
