Nextstellis (drospirenone and estetrol tablets)

Nextstellis (drospirenone and estetrol tablets) is a combination of the female hormones progestin and estrogen, indicated for use by females of reproductive potential to prevent pregnancy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- dark urine,
- confusion,
- rapid breathing,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- itching
- fainting,
- muscle weakness,
- mood changes,
- severe stomach pain,
- thoughts of self-harm,
- rash, and
- unusual sweating,
- weakness on one side of the body,
- trouble speaking,
- slow or irregular heartbeat,
- sudden severe headache,
- sudden vision changes,
- sudden shortness of breath,
- lumps in the breast,
- unusual changes in vaginal bleeding (continuous spotting, sudden heavy bleeding, missed periods),
- pain, swelling, warmth in the groin or calf,
- worsening depression,
- chest, jaw, left arm pain,
- sudden or severe dizziness,
