Jemperli (dostarlimab-gxly injection)

Jemperli (dostarlimab-gxly) is a programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1)–blocking antibody used to treat adult patients with mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) recurrent or advanced endometrial cancer, as determined by an FDA-approved test, that has progressed on or following prior treatment with a platinum-containing regimen.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- shortness of breath,
- chest pain,
- nausea,
- sweating,
- lightheadedness,
- dizziness,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- weakness,
- sore throat,
- itching,
- constipation,
- loss of appetite,
- fever,
- chills,
- pale skin,
- tiredness,
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- easy bruising,
- severe stomach pain,
- bloody or tarry stools,
- confusion,
- vision problems,
- dark urine,
- hair loss,
- mood or behavior changes,
- increased urination,
- unusual bleeding,
- hallucinations,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- eye pain or redness,
- skin pain,
- little or no urination,
- cold hands and feet,
- burning eyes,
- red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
- new or worsening cough,
- irregular heartbeats,
- seizure,
- swelling in your ankles,
- blood in your urine,
- right-sided upper stomach pain,
- frequent or unusual headaches,
- hoarse or deepened voice,
- increased hunger or thirst,
- feeling cold, and
- weight gain or loss
