Lomotil (diphenoxylate and atropine)

Lomotil (diphenoxylate and atropine) is a combination antidiarrheal medication, and an anticholinergic used to treat diarrhea. Lomotil is available in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- fever,
- rapid breathing,
- stomach pain,
- flushing,
- hallucinations,
- fast heart rate,
- weak or shallow breathing,
- severe pain in your upper stomach spreading to your back,
- severe constipation,
- feeling very thirsty or hot,
- heavy sweating, and
- bloating,
- hot and dry skin
- seizures (convulsions),
- ongoing or worsening diarrhea,
- no or little urination,
