Motofen (difenoxin and atropine)

Motofen (difenoxin hydrochloride and atropine sulfate) is an anticholinergic used to treat diarrhea.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- rash,
- vomiting,
- confusion,
- blurred vision,
- restlessness,
- depression,
- vision changes,
- eye pain,
- itching, and
- severe dizziness
- mental or mood changes,
- severe nausea,
- seeing halos around lights,
- swelling or redness of the eye,
- stomach pain or swelling,
- numbness or tingling in the arms or legs,
The following drugs are related to Motofen, either as a replacement or used together:
- Lomotil (diphenoxylate and atropine)
- Imodium (loperamide hcl)
