Videx EC (didanosine delayed-release capsules)

Videx EC (didanosine) is an antiviral medication used to treat HIV, which causes the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Videx EC is not a cure for HIV or AIDS. Videx EC is available in generic form.
The drug is often used to treat HIV .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- swollen glands,
- night sweats,
- weight loss,
- tiredness,
- stomach pain,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- dizziness,
- wheezing,
- weakness,
- cough,
- menstrual changes, and
- feeling cold,
- vision changes,
- bloody or tarry stools,
- coughing up blood,
- vomit that looks like coffee grounds,
- fast or irregular heart rate,
- cold sores,
- trouble speaking or swallowing,
- swelling in your neck or throat (enlarged thyroid),
- impotence
- unusual muscle pain,
- prickly feeling,
- upper stomach pain (may spread to your back),
- numbness, tingling, or pain in your hands or feet,
- problems with balance or eye movements,
