PENNSAID (diclofenac sodium topical solution)

Pennsaid (diclofenac sodium topical solution) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis of the knee(s).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- dizziness,
- indigestion,
- diarrhea,
- sore throat,
- constipation,
- numbness and tingling,
- stomach pain,
- upset stomach,
- drowsiness,
- stuffy nose,
- gas,
- urinary tract infection,
- skin irritation (e.g., dryness, redness, stinging, itching, scaling, hives, swelling),
- rash (non-application site),
- bad breath, and
- bruising.
