Lofena (diclofenac potassium tablets)

Lofena (diclofenac potassium tablet, film coated) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, for relief of mild to moderate pain, for relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis, and for relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- shortness of breath,
- nausea,
- diarrhea,
- sore throat,
- itching,
- fever,
- tiredness,
- swelling,
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- bloody or tarry stools,
- rapid weight gain,
- coughing up blood, and
- vomit that looks like coffee grounds
- stomach pain (upper right side),
- dark urine,
- slurred speech,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- painful or difficult urination,
- skin pain,
- flu-like symptoms,
- burning eyes,
- red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
- chest pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
- sudden numbness or weakness on one side of the body,
- the first sign of any skin rash (no matter how mild),
- little or no urinating,
- swelling in our arms or legs,
