Diacomit (stiripentol) is an antiepileptic drug (AED) indicated for the treatment of seizures associated with Dravet syndrome in patients 2 years of age and older taking clobazam.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• fever,
• easy bruising,
• unusual bleeding,
• severe drowsiness,
• agitation,
• restlessness,
• sore throat,
• mouth sores,
• anxiety,
• panic attacks,
• trouble sleeping,
• irritableness,
• hostility,
• aggression,
• hyperactivity (mentally or physically),
• thoughts of self-harm,
• mood or behavior changes,
• depression,
• trouble breathing
• skin sores,
• purple or red spots under your skin,
• impulsiveness,
• cough, and
• significant weight loss,
