Xelstrym (dextroamphetamine)

Xelstrym (dextroamphetamine) is a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant indicated for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults and pediatric patients 6 years and older.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• depression,
• mood changes,
• hives, 
• difficulty breathing, 
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
• extreme tiredness, 
• hallucinations, 
• agitation,
• mood swings,
• aggression, 
• swelling of the ankles or feet,
• numbness or pain in your fingers or toes, 
• skin color changes in your fingers or toes,
• sensitivity to temperature changes in your fingers or toes, 
• abnormal thoughts or behaviors, 
• thoughts of self-harm or suicide, 
• uncontrolled movements, 
• muscle twitching or shaking, 
• outbursts of words or sounds, 
• significant unexplained weight loss, and
• frequent or prolonged erections (in men)
