Dextenza (dexamethasone ophthalmic insert) is a corticosteroid indicated for the treatment of ocular pain following ophthalmic surgery.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- blurred vision,
- tunnel vision,
- seeing halos around lights,
- crusting or drainage from the eye
- eye pain or redness,
- cloudy or hazy vision,
- eyebrow pain,
- changes in the shape of your pupil,
- increased sensitivity of your eyes to light,
- swelling of the eye,
- redness in the eye,
- severe discomfort in the eye, and
