Sotyktu (deucravacitinib tablets)

Sotyktu (deucravacitinib) is a tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. 

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • fever,
  • tiredness,
  • dark colored urine,
  • muscle weakness
  • muscle pain or tenderness, and
