Nocdurna (desmopressin acetate) is a vasopressin analog indicated for the treatment of nighttime urination (nocturia) due to nocturnal polyuria in adults who awaken at least 2 times per night to void.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- vomiting,
- confusion,
- seizure,
- weight gain,
- swelling,
- headache,
- restlessness,
- muscle cramps,
- lightheadedness
- hallucinations,
- severe weakness,
- loss of coordination,
- unsteadiness,
- flushing (sudden warmth, redness, or tingly feeling),
