Depen (penicillamine titratable tablets)

Depen (penicillamine tablets) is a chelating agent indicated in the treatment of Wilson's disease, cystinuria, and in patients with severe, active rheumatoid arthritis who have failed to respond to an adequate trial of conventional therapy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- rash,
- fever,
- swollen glands,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- pale skin,
- cold hands and feet,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- new or worsening cough,
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- red or swollen gums,
- shortness of breath
- lightheadedness, and
- drooping eyelids,
- double vision,
- lower back pain,
- blisters or ulcers in your mouth,
- new or worsening joint pain,
- muscle weakness in your arms and legs,
- muscle weakness in your face,
- trouble chewing or swallowing,
- peeling or watery blisters on the skin,
- foamy or bloody urine,
- swelling in your hands, legs, and feet,
- skin soreness,
