Prolia (denosumab injection)

Prolia (denosumab) is a monoclonal antibody used to treat bone loss (osteoporosis) in women who are at high risk for bone fracture after menopause.
The drug is often used to treat Osteoporosis .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- itching,
- fever,
- night sweats,
- chills,
- swelling,
- severe stomach pain,
- ,
- pain,
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- dry skin,
- shortness of breath
- warmth,
- redness,
- tenderness,
- blisters,
- overactive reflexes
- peeling skin,
- cough, and
- new or unusual pain in your thigh, hip or groin,
- severe pain in joints, muscles, or bones,
- oozing or crusting,
- numbness or tingly feeling around your mouth, fingers or toes,
- muscle tightness or contractions,
- increased or urgent need to urinate,
