Xgeva (denosumab)

Xgeva (denosumab) Injection is a human IgG2 monoclonal antibody used to treat bone problems that may occur with cancer that has spread (metastasized) to the bones.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• shortness of breath,
• nausea,
• headache,
• lightheadedness,
• vomiting,
• itching,
• pale skin,
• tiredness,
• rash,
• difficulty breathing, 
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
• confusion, 
• trouble concentrating,
• overactive reflexes
• rapid heart rate, 
• trouble breathing, 
• new or unusual pain in your thigh, hip, or groin, 
• lack of energy, 
• numbness or tingly feeling around your mouth or in your fingers or toes, 
• muscle tightness or contraction, and
