Firmagon (degarelix) is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonist used to treat advanced prostate cancer.

The drug is often used to treat Prostate cancer .

This drug may have the following side effects:

  • weakness,
  • fever,
  • chills,
  • low blood pressure,
  • tiredness,
  • weight gain,
  • insomnia,
