Deconsal CT (phenylephrine hcl and pyrilamine maleate) Tannate Chewable Tablets are a combination of a decongestant and an antihistamine used to treat runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Deconsal CT may be available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• nervousness,
• little or no urination,
• painful or difficult urination,
• lightheadedness
• severe dizziness,
• fast or pounding heartbeats, and
