Dayvigo (lemborexant tablets)

Dayvigo (lemborexant) is an orexin receptor antagonist used to treat adult patients with insomnia, characterized by difficulties with sleep onset and/or sleep maintenance.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • confusion,
  • agitation,
  • anxiety,
  • depression,
  • unusual thoughts or behavior,
  • memory problems,
  • hallucination,
  • trouble moving or talking when you first wake up,
  • weakness in your legs,
  • worsening depression,
  • thoughts about self-harm, and
  • sleep walking
