Prezcobix (darunavir and cobicistat tablets)

Prezcobix (darunavir and cobicistat) is a combination of a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) protease inhibitor and a CYP3A inhibitor and is indicated for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adult patients.
The drug is often used to treat HIV .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- skin redness,
- upper stomach pain,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- swollen glands,
- night sweats,
- weight loss,
- tiredness,
- stomach pain,
- clay-colored stools,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- blurred vision,
- dry mouth,
- headache,
- wheezing,
- weakness,
- cough,
- sore throat,
- skin pain,
- increased thirst,
- increased urination,
- fruity breath odor,
- menstrual changes, and
- burning in your eyes,
- red or purple skin rash that spreads and causes blistering and peeling,
- cold sores,
- trouble speaking or swallowing,
- problems with balance or eye movement,
- swelling in your neck or throat (enlarged thyroid),
- impotence
- prickly feeling,
