Darzalex (daratumumab intravenous injection)

Darzalex (daratumumab) injection is a human CD38-directed monoclonal antibody indicated for the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least three prior lines of therapy including a proteasome inhibitor (PI) and an immunomodulatory agent or who are double-refractory to a PI and an immunomodulatory agent.

The drug is often used to treat Multiple myeloma .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,

• unusual bleeding,
• pale skin,
• shortness of breath,
• chills,
• tiredness,
• numbness,
• tingling,

• burning pain,
• runny nose,
• mouth sores,
• lightheadedness
• skin sores,
• stuffy nose,
• itchiness,
• tight feeling in your throat,
• cough with yellow or green mucus,
• stabbing chest pain,
